Terms & Conditions

Welcome to All N One Deliveries LLC (“All N One Deliveries,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website at allnonedeliveries.com, using the Swoop Up platform, or engaging our delivery and logistics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

All N One Deliveries provides local delivery, logistics, catering transport, and courier services in Inglewood, Central LA, Leimert Park, and surrounding South LA communities. Service availability is subject to driver availability, geographic coverage, and order volume at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to decline any delivery request at our discretion, including requests that involve prohibited items, unsafe conditions, or locations outside our service area.

2. Booking and Orders

By submitting a delivery request through our website, app, or by phone, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate pickup and delivery information
  • Be available or have an authorized recipient present at the delivery location
  • Ensure all items for delivery are legal, properly packaged, and safe to transport
  • Pay all applicable fees at the time of booking or upon delivery as agreed

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requirements vary by service type:

  • Logistics / Small Business Deliveries: 2-hour cancellation notice required. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Food / Small Orders: 30-minute cancellation notice required.
  • Catering Orders: 24-hour cancellation notice required. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a fee up to 50% of the order total.
  • Rush Orders: Accepted with a minimum of 4 hours notice. Rush orders may result in additional fees.
  • Food Distribution / Organization Partners: 24-hour cancellation notice required.

4. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is as listed on our Services page or as quoted directly to you. Prices are subject to change without notice. Additional fees may apply for:

  • Peak hour deliveries (7am–9am, 12pm–2pm, 3pm–6pm): +$5
  • Wait time beyond the first 15 minutes: $5 per 15-minute increment
  • Cargo van service: +$40
  • Rush orders accepted within 4 hours: additional fees apply
  • Schedule changes with less than 24 hours notice: additional fees may apply

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. We accept payment through our approved payment processors. All payments are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Prohibited Items

All N One Deliveries will not transport the following:

  • Illegal substances or contraband of any kind
  • Firearms, ammunition, or weapons
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or explosives
  • Live animals
  • Any item that is illegal to transport under local, state, or federal law

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any delivery if prohibited items are discovered.

6. Liability

All N One Deliveries takes reasonable care in handling all deliveries. However, we are not liable for:

  • Damage to items that are improperly packaged by the sender
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Loss or damage resulting from inaccurate delivery information provided by the client
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a delivery is limited to the cost of that delivery service.

7. Driver Partners

Drivers who partner with All N One Deliveries are required to maintain a valid California driver’s license, active auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle in good condition. Drivers are expected to uphold our community-first standards of care, communication, and professionalism on every delivery.

All N One Deliveries reserves the right to terminate driver partnerships at any time for failure to meet our standards or for violations of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on allnonedeliveries.com including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of All N One Deliveries LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at allnonedeliveries.com/privacy-policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
